The £14,500,000 EuroMillions winner is Beverley Doran from Shipley in West Yorkshire and as a mother of four, she’ll have plenty to spend the cash on!
The mother of four split with her partner a few months ago so the win couldn’t have come at a better time. Beverley Doran is carer to two of her children who have autism so no doubt this cash windfall will be very handy indeed. The lucky winner plays the UK lottery draws online and received an email to say she had won. When Ms Doran logged on, she could see there was one UK winner but couldn’t see her own winnings, slowly it dawned that she was in fact the only UK jackpot winner from Friday night.
Mr Doran wasn’t the only lucky winner at the weekend either, after best friends Paula Barraclough and Lorraine Smith also matched the UK Lotto numbers from their tiny friend based syndicate. The pair also went public this week, and will share a National Lottery jackpot worth £15,300,000! The pair have been friends for 17 years and have many times imagined winning the prize and spoken of exotic holidays, now they’ll be able to jet off first class to all their chosen destinations after receiving over £7,600,000 each!
